Coming from nothing and building their empire from the ground up Batina and Bernard are defying the odds. Batina Brown is a visionary, wife, mother, motivator, serial entrepreneur, and the list goes on. She grew up being the oldest child of three younger siblings, which carried a lot of responsibilities. Knowing she had to be a great role model for her sisters and brother she decided to lead the way. After completing high school, she went to undergraduate school at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, there she studied Criminal Justice. After graduating from UWW in 2008, she decided to further her education and she obtained a Masters of Science degree in Human Services from Capella University. With her drive and ambition, she knew that she did not want to work a 9-5 job for long, she decided she wanted to become her own boss. With support from her Husband Bernard Brown(entrepreneur and visionary), they decided to walk out on faith and open a home health care agency in the community they lived in.
Bernard Brown being the middle child of an older brother and younger sister also was a great role model for his siblings. Obtaining is Bachelor of Science degree in Public Safety and later becoming a licensed realtor, he was able to see the big picture for himself and his wife. They not only wanted more for themselves, but for their children as well. They decided to open an adult day center for elderly and disabled adults a year after having their home health care agency. Their passion for helping others and uplifting their community is beyond amazing. They recently entered the trucking industry opening a dispatching company and trucking company. They have three beautiful children together Zarria , Ariel, Antwan Brown Jr. and has been married for going on eight years. The power couple has not only made a name for themselves in their home town of Milwaukee, but nationwide. With God as the head of their household, these two balance each others lives and live their life to the fullest. They also have a passion for helping others to see their full potential in life.
